The 3M™ VHB™ Surface Cleaner consists of a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and distilled water in the ratio of 90 :10. The 3M™ VHB™ surface cleaner can be applied on different smooth materials like metals, plastics or painted surfaces; however, compatibility should be checked beforehand.

Directions for use
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil or greasy film before bonding.
Remove coarse contamination with lint-free cloth. Oxide layers can be removed with Scotch-Brite™ 7447.
Wipe surface with lint-free cloth soaked with VHB™ surface cleaner straight towards one direction until no residue is visible.
Surfaces must be dry before application of the tape. The drying time depends on environmental conditions.
