The Spray 77 from 3M™ is a Scotch-weld multipurpose spray adhesive.

This popular 3M™ Spray adhesive is fast drying, used for permanently attaching many lightweight substrates to painted/ unpainted metals, wood, hardboard & other base materials (see more info tab).

Used for many varying applications such as crafts, general decorating, mounting & framing.

3M™ Spray 77 is able to form strong bonds with a range of substrates.

These substrates can include -
- Cardboard 
- Paper
- Fabric
- Cushion foam
- Cloth

It is able to adhere these various materials to painted or unpainted metals, wood and hardboard.

The Spray 77 is able to bond polystyrene without melting it and is a non staining adhesive. 3M™ Spray 77 is a pressure sensitive aerosol adhesive suitable for temporary holding or positioning of light weight materials for display, or prior to final assembly.

WHAT IS THE PROPER DISTANCE TO HOLD THE 3M SPRAY ADHESIVE CAN FROM THE SUBSTRATE BEING SPRAYED?

The spray can ideally should be held at 12 - 18 inches away from the substrate.

WHAT SUBSTRATES CAN THE 3M SPRAY 77 ADHESIVE BOND EFFECTIVELY?
The Spray 77 adhesive can securely bond many lightweight materials such as attaching foils, carpeting, lightweight paper, cardboard, felt, and cloth to painted or unpainted metals, wood. 

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE SPRAY 77 ADHESIVE?
When stored at the recommended conditions in original, unopened container, this product has a shelf life if 15 months from date of shipment.

WILL THIS ADHERE TO PAINTED CARBON STEEL?
Whilst it is able to adhere to carbon steel, we would recommend using our 3M Hi-Strength 90 for a stronger bond.
